Six Benefits of Exercising

Fitness experts always tell us that exercising is good for our health and reduces risks for conditions such as high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease, to name a few.  However, there are six other reasons to exercise.  Those following reasons will hopefully serve as motivation for you to begin an exercise regimen befitting for your needs.

1.) The first major benefit of exercising is that you will gain more energy from it.  Countless studies have proven that exercising regularly reduces fatigue.

4.) Exercising will make your mood better.  This is because endorphins, which make you feel good, are released during this time.

5.) Stress is significantly reduced with regular exercise.  Even mental health issues such as depression and anxiety can benefit from exercising.

6.) You will be proud of yourself for improving your health.  Losing weight and maintaining a size that’s proportioned to your height and body frame will give you a great sense of achievement.  As a result of this, you will aim to continue this success.
